Crumbl Allergen Menu Guide

How to read allergen labels on rotating cookies and why you should always confirm at the store.

Common allergens to watch

Most cookies contain wheat, egg, and milk, and many also contain soy from chocolate. Peanut and tree nut appear in specific flavors like the peanut butter and pistachio-based items, and cross-contact is a real risk in a shared bakery.

Rotating menus complicate things

Because flavors change weekly, allergen exposure changes too. A week with several nut-based specialties carries more cross-contact risk than a week without. Never assume last week's allergen profile still applies.

How to use our allergen page

Our Allergen Menu page lists the allergens we associate with each item so you can scan before you go. Treat it as a starting point, not a medical guarantee.

Always confirm in person

If you have a serious allergy, confirm directly with staff at your location. Shared equipment and recipe changes mean only the store can give you a reliable answer.

Reminder: Prices, calories and availability vary by location and week, and our calorie figures are independent estimates. Always confirm with the official source.
